Hi I’ve just tried to download the royal theme, activated it. But I realize on my page it says “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home2 not found.” on one of the slider. and when I install the base demo content, there is no change on my website, I’ve tried installing other theme versions, it loads for awhile and refreshes the page back to the theme option home page and nothing changes on my website. Really appreciate some advice, thank you!

    Hello,

    I’ve imported slider manually.
But you need also update Revolution Slider plugin to the latest version to make it work. You can download it here:

Thanks Eva, I’ve downloaded the Revolution slider plugin and tried to install the plugin, but it says the directory already exist, is there suppose to be another way to update the plugin? Appreciate your advice, thank you.

    Hello,

You need overwrite “revslider” folder via FTP in the directory wp-content/plugins with the new plugin version that you downloaded.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
