Problem with installation of Demo Content (.XML files import)

I have a problem with .XML files import: I’m reading your documentation guide and I’m following your instruction step by step, but when I install Dummy Content with FLORENCE (or any other version), then I click “Set up version”, it appear this text “XML not imported”.
I’have already imported data.xml file from the folder XML Files>Version>Florence…
I could I solve this problem?

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

As I see “Home variant 8” is installed, but slider can’t be imported because ZipArchive extension is not enabled. You should ask your hosting provider to activate it.
Then let us know.

now I have activated ZipArchive extension with hosting provider. I try to set up FLORENCE version from “Install Dummy content”, but the problem persist with the error “XML not imported”.
Can you solve me this problem?

Thank you, now i see the page of varian 8, but with some difference from your template:
– I cannot see the parallax box
– I cannot see the portfolio image
– the menu link to other pages, not at the section of one-page home
Maybe I have to customize this feature in the Appearance > Menu , but I thought that it would be already set.

Another problem is the update of “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer”: when I insert the requested code for activate my license for one click update, i click “register” but nothing happens. I can I update this plugin?
