Problem with Footer + Logo size does not save

Hello, I have a problem with the theme. The footer is locked as the previous header menu and I can t change it. I asked also on email support and the response was: “You can edit the Footer static block using WPBakery” but all the changes overwrite that footer so I can’t delete it.

Also on the Homepage, I have a custom header menu, but the logo size does not save. I save it at 240px, and if I refresh it it resets, but when I try to edit it again it shows that the size is 240px. Any tips?

1. Do you want to change the Footer Menu? If yes then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me here, in the private content area of this topic, so that I will further check it for you on your site and help you out.

2. For now I checked your site and the Logo width is showing fine as 244px, please check this screenshot: https://ibb.co/Nj0t0vz it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else. Try to check back your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hello, @LuciH,

I have tried to change the footer Menu from Static Block and it is working fine on the frontend too, here are the screenshots: https://ibb.co/1vQLJwT

So you can simply create the new Menu from Appearance >> Menu and then that Menu will also be available in the Menu element under Footer Static Block and you have to choose it from there and it will work for you.
