Price item in the product filter doesn’t work

    Hi, I try to enable a price filter in my product filter but it doesn’t show.
    Can you help me with that

    We would like to inform you that we have conducted a thorough review of the price filter functionality within the product filter on our test site. We are pleased to report that it is operating as expected. However, we have noted that the price filter is not accessible in edit mode.

    We kindly request that you proceed with updating the relevant components on your end and verify the functionality in the front-end mode of your site.

    Sorry I don’t understand what I have to do. Everything is updated but it doesn’t work.

    The Filter products by price widget takes price range automatically based on the min and max price of existing products.

    Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
