I have enabled popups and installed the plugin and still there is no popup.

Any solutions?

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and check issue.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Here is video tutorial how to update theme.

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

I followed the instruction and updated. Still no fix to the popup window.

Hello,

To show popup window you need enable top bar in Theme Options > General > Header Settings. I’ve enabled it for you.
Please check site now.
