    Hello,
I just bought the Royal Theme for my WordPress account and I am trying to begin with the developing process. I was able to upload the theme fine, but the required plugins are giving me a hassle. It is the Essential Grid and Revolution Slider that will not install….first it was saying that the header was invalid. So I went to the Eight Theme website and downloaded the files directly to my computer and tried to add them that way….still did not work. Not it is giving me the error:
Installing and Activating Plugin Revolution Slider (1/2)
    Downloading install package from http://aidacorp.us/wp-content/themes/Royal_Theme-v2.8/framework/plugins/revslider.zip…
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Plugin install failed.
An error occurred while installing Revolution Slider: Destination folder already exists. /home/ckiely16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/.
Installing and Activating Plugin Essential grid (2/2)
    Downloading install package from http://aidacorp.us/wp-content/themes/Royal_Theme-v2.8/framework/plugins/essential-grid.zip…
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Plugin install failed.
An error occurred while installing Essential grid: Destination folder already exists. /home/ckiely16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/essential-grid/.
    Please help resolve this issue.
Also, I am trying to activate the Master Slider…..every time I tried to activate it gives me this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare mspr_two_instance_notice() (previously declared in /home/ckiely16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/masterslider/masterslider.php:34) in /home/ckiely16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/masterslider-installable/masterslider.php on line 35
I am working with WordPress directly to try to resolve these issues, but they are unable to do too much because this is a third party.
Please let me know what my next step should be in resolving this issues so I am able to finally begin with this design and development process. Thanks!!

    Hello,

Please download the latest versions of plugins here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and upload them to your server via FTP in wp-content/plugins directory. Then activate them in wp-admin panel > Plugins.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
