Good afternoon! Is it possible for some products to have a contact form instead of the price? These are made-to-order products, where the customer can also choose from a range of options. Thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This is a non-standard request.

Can you provide a link to one of the products on your website and temporary access to the admin panel so that we can see what we can do to help you?

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Good morning! Sorry, I’m a bit unusual myself XDXDXD
At the moment, nothing has been done that way. The client has suggested it, but it would depend on whether it’s feasible or not.

    Dear @molo,

You may try using the following plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/

You can then combine it with an Elementor modal popup:
    https://elementor.com/help/popups/

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team.

    Hello,

Please try creating another template for the single product page layout https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/ where you use request a quote element or contact form element instead of the add to cart element.

    Warm Regards,

    Good morning!

I installed the plugin, but it’s not exactly what I needed, although it does look interesting 😉

I was going to try the second option, creating a specific template for certain products and associating them with an attribute or category. But when I try to edit the existing template, I get the error I’m sending you a screenshot of. However, as you can see in the other screenshot, the templates do exist.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!!

    Hello,

Please temporarily downgrade your PHP version to 8.2, as not all plugins are compatible with your current version 8.4.

Also, WooCommerce is showing an error here, so please check or temporarily remove the code you added, or disable the plugin shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/HZrzxeKo5fCy

Hi! I’ve downgraded the PHP version and deactivated CodeSnippets, but the error persists… 🙁 I also updated the plugins.

Continuing with the tests, I was able to almost edit the page by accessing it from the Elementor top bar and the recently edited documents.

At first, it seems to load, but then error 5 appears.

    Hello,

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

I’m completely baffled… As you’ll see in the video, I make several attempts to edit the individual product page, always getting error 5.

However, towards the end of the video (and by chance), I edit the product page (shop v02), and from there it does allow me to edit the individual product page…

    Does this make any sense?

Good afternoon! Perhaps a colleague changed the password; I’ve changed it again to the one attached. Thank you!

    Hello, molo,

Thank you for providing access. We have discovered that part of your website loads via the HTTP protocol, while another part uses HTTPS. This inconsistency is the main cause of the issue. We attempted to resolve it using the “Really Simple SSL” plugin, which partially helped. However, there are still 162 cached elements being loaded through the incorrect protocol. We tried clearing the cache, but it did not resolve the problem. It is possible that you have additional server-side caches or a CDN that also need to be cleared.

We also noticed that you are using both the Elementor Pro and PRO Elements plugins simultaneously. Please choose one of them to avoid potential conflicts.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

Good morning! Thank you so much for your effort and quick response.

I spoke with the service provider, and they said the HTTP and HTTPS issues should already be resolved.

On the other hand, since the individual product page wasn’t loading, I created a new one. To my surprise, the product images aren’t loading… 🙁

Good afternoon! My hosting provider’s support team says they’ve found this error, which seems to originate from WooCommerce itself.
[Fri Nov 21 13:23:16.034394 2025] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 2313431:tid 2313478] [client 10.255.122.87:0] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: include(/home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/product-image-builder.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php on line 346; PHP message: PHP Warning: include(/home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/product-image-builder.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php on line 346; PHP message: PHP Warning: include(): Failed opening '/home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/product-image-builder.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/opt/php-8.2/lib/php') in /home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php on line 346; PHP message: PHP Warning: include(/home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/product-image-builder.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php on line 346; PHP message: PHP Warning: include(/home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/product-image-builder.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php on line 346; PHP message: PHP Warning: include(): Failed opening '/home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/product-image-builder.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/opt/php-8.2/lib/php') in /home/toyah/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php on line 346', referer: https://toyah.es/shop/

I imagine the best way to resolve it would be to reinstall the plugin, but that would mean losing many hours of configuration work on payment gateways, features, etc. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hello,

This issue is related to the core WooCommerce files. It indicates that the file product-image-builder.php has been deleted, renamed, or is currently inaccessible. We recommend reinstalling the WooCommerce plugin; however, please make sure to create a full backup before proceeding.

    Best regards,
