If you like infobox from the footer, go to Static blocks > Footer > and check settings.
Also, you can copy the content of the static block http://prntscr.com/py3uo0 > add it on your page http://prntscr.com/py3v2t > http://prntscr.com/py3vam
You mentioned that content should be aligned by center, so the custom code was suggested.
Infobox element, that you are using, comes from Massive addons plugin. There are no additional settings for its content in our theme.
