Dear,

If you like infobox from the footer, go to Static blocks > Footer > and check settings.
Also, you can copy the content of the static block http://prntscr.com/py3uo0 > add it on your page http://prntscr.com/py3v2t > http://prntscr.com/py3vam
You mentioned that content should be aligned by center, so the custom code was suggested.
Infobox element, that you are using, comes from Massive addons plugin. There are no additional settings for its content in our theme.

When we share the home page we can see the page title + site title http://prntscr.com/pyljzx
If you want to change it and display site title with tagline or something then use the SEO plugin, Yoast SEO for example, and edit plugin settings.

We are not developers of the Polylang plugin. Would you be so kind to contact Polylang plugin support to get help with the creation of the multilingual site using their plugin.
We are able to guide you with theme settings but settings of the third-party plugins are outside the scope of our support because we did not develop them.

Every theme contains that checkboxes (Primary menu English and Primary menu Chinese) in the menu section

So I think it is related to Xstore theme setting

Hello,

Polylang and WPML are 2 different plugins. So, do you use WPML or Polylang plugin?
Point is that our theme does not use Display location because it has header builder that this option is unnecessary. WPML has language selector for the menu translation http://prntscr.com/pz0ctr but it seems Plylang is limited and needs Display menu location. That’s why I asked you to contact them to clarify how to be in case you need to translate the menu if theme does not have display location.
