Out of Stock atribute not showing Crossed

Hello there,

So we have this site and we are not able to make the out of stock atribute to show crossed so people con know it is not available.
Can you guide us to achieve so.
The blue color is supposed to be out of stock, but it is now showing crossed.

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
