Hi There,

I used the royal theme , to build this website “See private content”
we are not receiving orders..

domain is pointed to hosting and email’s MX records through google,.

would this cause the orders to be blocked ,

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

If you see in logs that emails can’t be sent then the issue on a server side, not with our theme.
Try to use other email address.
