Not works correctly with the theme for home page, sidebar, cache, slider…

Hi

I don’t find any location to create a ticket on the forum page.

I have some question about the theme looks something don’t work correctly:

1: I have select this heater: https://prnt.sc/il5fsi , but never show it, even after multi time to clear the cache and browser cache, still nothing happen.

2: I have add filter by price, product categories, recently viewed on the shop sidebar, but nothing show on the categories page.

3: How to display 3 rows for the footer? see image for detail: https://prnt.sc/il5haq

4: Your website account page always take long time for loading loading loading, never stop.

5: How to remove the slider on the categories page> I want show the slider for the home page only.

6: The home page https://rockfiresportsinc.com/ not display correctly, even clear the cache multi time.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I can’t log in. Please provide correct wp-admin credentials in Private Content.
1. On your site activated header type that you selected, likely you simply need to activate some elements in Theme options: Enable top bar, Enable top links (Register | Sign In), Enable cart widget, Enable search form in header.
2. Please check layout that selected in Theme Options > Products Page Layout.
3. Please read how to create footer in our documentation and watch https://www.8theme.com/videos/ (Legenda WordPress Theme – How to create footer)
To enable VC editor for static blocks go to wp-admin panel > Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > tick “static block”.
4. Please provide link to page with the problem and screenshot. You can use such screenshots maker as Lightshot and provide screenshot link.
5. I need wp-admin access to check it.
6. Provide link to demo version or some screenshots for better understanding the desired result.

Hi the website has problem and don’t let me to add the admin email and to change the password, so now you can only login to the admin page by the server account. please check the privacy info for how to login to the website admin thru the hosting account.
