Not Able to Update Theme, - by nuttys - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I have tried to update the theme but it says it cannot delete the old version.

    Before this I updated various plugin updates which worked fine, but after trying to update the theme, the site crashed, so went back to the last update, which will no longer allow me to update the theme still or even the plugin updates, saying that it is unable to delete any old versions. ?

    Since this has happened, some order detail some clients have disappeared.

    Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content and we can help you update theme.

    Hello,

    Have you changed FTP password?
    Please set the password for wp-admin panel and FTP without special symbols as they can be copied incorrectly and we’re unable to get access.

    None of the logins have changed.

    I have re-entered them again, but a little more clearer.

    Hello,

    I’ve updated the theme to the latest version.
    Now you need resave the settings in Blanco – Theme Settings and click “Save” button.

    Was the Slider updated as well? I know there was a serious hack problem, and mine has stopped working?
