Not able to complete the theme installation

Hi,

I’m getting the following errror and not able to continue further to complete the setup. Please check and provide the solution to fix it ASAP. Thanks in advance

Hello,

Did you use FTP method to install theme? Looks that you did not copy all the necessary theme files. Provide us with the Dashboard and FTP access to check and fix the issue.

I uploaded all the files after unzip. While extracting the base theme zip following error popups

Hello,

I suppose you are using the Windows and was not able to extract all the files. It caused the issue.

Okay, so how will I extract the files without any errors ?? or can you share the original files ??

Hello,

If you get errors while extracting with WinRar on your local machine, like “Total path and file name length must not exceed 260 characters”, then I recommend extracting archive to the base directory is C:\Users\Vinod\ , so theme files will be located in the C:\Users\Vinod\xstore once you finish.
