  Hello,

  I have a customer who is trying to create an account on my website, but is having problems. I have tried registering an account as well, and this is what happens:
  1- I click the “sign in” in the upper right hand corner
  2- I fill in the username, email and a password on the right under “Register”
  3- When I click on the “register” button, the screen just refreshes and not account is created.

  I have contacted my web host and they were unable to help, so I am hoping you can. FTP credentials are in private content.

  Please check if registration form works with default WordPress theme TwentyFifteen or default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ .

  I tried creating an account using the storefront theme and the same thing happened…I could not create an account.

  Hello,

  Then the problem isn’t related to the theme, but to the plugin or perhaps your hosting provider.
  Try to contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check error log and mail logs why email isn’t delivered. If everything is fine in the logs then you have to contact Woocommerce support team because as you said the problem persists with their default theme Storefront too.
