New user registration and registration button

I make eneble every possible options of registration, but registrarion button is still invisible. Can u test my site and check what is wrong? http://www.platformaizolacji.pl

Have another question. I create “Contact us” page adding [contact_form]. Setting my mail in Theme Options > Contact Form. But when I try use contact form and i send some message, none reaches.

Please check your spam folder. In case you will not find any e-mails from your site you should contact your host provider and check Php mail logs with them.
