    Hello,
    Ever since we ran an update we have not been receiving new customer order emails.
    Everything was working fine prior to the update…
    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and reupload it from the new theme package.
    Then check mail form.

    Also ask your hosting provider to check mail logs on a server why emails can’t be sent. Mail logs should contain some notices.

    Hi Eva,
    I have deleted and re-uploaded the woo commerce theme file as you asked and also called my host which is showing zero errors in the mail logs but customers are still not receiving emails.
    Please advise next steps…

    Hello,

    Please check if the issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ .
    Also provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
