Please, I need your help, as I am unable to submit new products with images. I’ve tried everything, but nothing works.
We would like to politely request that you perform a diagnostic check by activating a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four (accessible via Appearance > Themes). This step is necessary to determine whether the issue you have encountered is related to our theme.
Before you proceed, we strongly advise you to create a complete backup of your website to ensure that no data is lost during the process.
Should the issue continue to occur even with the default WordPress theme activated, it would indicate that the problem is not specific to our theme. In such a scenario, we recommend that you contact WooCommerce support for further assistance. Resolving the issue with the default theme should also resolve it when using our theme.
Conversely, if the issue does not occur with the default WordPress theme, we kindly ask you to record a brief video clip demonstrating the problem and share it with us. This will enable us to replicate the issue on our end and investigate further.
