As you can see on the home page, in the products element, the button is in english, although the site language is set to Greek:

Hello,

Please read this article https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/category/18-theme-translation , make sure you created translation for the theme and Core plugin. Update translation files – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update , then find and translate desired strings.

We used PoEdit and we translated Add to cart but it still displays in english

It is screenshot of the theme translation. Have you translated Core plugin also?
As I can see, the button is translated on your Home page – https://prnt.sc/5slHXpLhlVOy Please clear cache and check one more time.
