Navigation error in mobile device versions, the menu disappears once you click on the menu

    Thanks for the response, but in the end we found the problem.

    But I wanted to ask you another question, sometimes the navigation menu of the pages, in the desktop version… when changing to the mobile format, it remains with the desktop format, and everything is poorly aligned, instead of having the version mobile phone stays with the desktop version, do you know what I have to do to change it? And that error doesn’t happen?

    a) We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the cache on your mobile device and desktop. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to Xstore.
    2. Select Theme Options.
    3. Proceed to General/Layout.
    4. Choose Mobile Optimization.
    5. Turn it OFF.
    6. Click on Publish.

    After completing these steps, please clear your mobile browser cache and revisit your site to check if the problem has been resolved.
