    Hello,

Please check if the same issue persists with other themes or only with ours.
    Let us know the result.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hi it’s only with your theme. I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve tried to uninstall the other themees as I only want to use yours.

    Can you fix?

    Thanks.

    Hi Eva,

If just tested it and added a random page to the menu and it did the same error. It brought me right to the home page with nothing be saved.

Please help as I was hoping to launch the website this week and the menu is all wrong.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to change PHP Max Input Vars value from 1000 to 5000. After that check the menu.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

I’ve activated Twenty Sixteen theme and tried to add a new menu item and there was the same issue, changes can’t be saved. So the problem persists not only with our theme but with default WordPress theme too.
You have to ask about it at WordPress forums.

    Hello Eva,

So you guys won’t be able to help fix this issue? I have no clue what is going on. It started 3 days ago out of no where.

    Hello,

The problem may be related to your server configuration because the same issue persists with default WordPress theme too, not only with ours.
Ask your hosting provider support to check error logs and refer to WordPress forums.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Could I pay you guys to fix it?

I really don’t understand what these forums are asking me to do.

    Please, please, please.

    Hello,

Please take our apologies, but as we told you the issue isn’t related to the theme because it persists with other themes too, so it’s related to server configuration.
Ask your hosting provider support to check error logs what is causing the problem.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

That is just a warning, not an error.
Ask your hosting provider support to check for some fatal errors.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hey Eva,

They keep supplying me with the warning errors saying it’s the latest errors.

I am still asking for more.

Please help as I’m 95% done and want to launch.

    Hey Eva,

I’ve sent the vars to 5000.

I’ve even deleted some of the plugins I seen with the fatal errors.

    Hello,

We have checked your system status and don’t see that you have changed vars to 5000 http://prntscr.com/b67bbg

Please, follow the instruction. If you have the same problem with default theme it means our template is not a problem. We provide support for issues related to our theme only.

    Regards,
