    Hello,

Have you edited default theme php files?
    Please provide FTP credentials.
    May we reupload the theme?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

I haven’t edited or touched anything to do with PHP.

I simply edited the revolution slider via visual composer and then the menu started doing this weird stuff.

I am at work now so I will have to provide you the FTP access later.

Is it possible to hire you guys for more custom work as well? I’d like to have my website to look and function exactly like your fullwidth demo. Also I’m having trouble making the footer look just like yours.

I’d like the images for the menu and literally the exact same single product layout.

Please let me know. I will pay today to get started.

    Hello,

I’ve disabled “Full page sections” option in your home page editor. Please check the page now.
Also you have to update VC plugin via FTP https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ as there was incompatibility issue between WordPress 4.5 and old VC version.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

Thanks so much. So if I do that update will it fix the static block issue so I can create the footer?

Would you be able to provide me with the menu image size you have for the mega menu?

    Thanks

    Cory

    Hello,

Yes, the issue with static block and VC should be fixed after plugin update.
We used image with sizes 250px × 295px for mega menu.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

My website won’t let me add or make changes to the navigation. When I go to the menu section and make my changes and then hit save. It redirects me to my home page and no changes save.

    Thanks,

    Cory

Hi it’s only with your theme. I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve tried to uninstall the other themees as I only want to use yours.

    Can you fix?

    Thanks.

    Hi Eva,

If just tested it and added a random page to the menu and it did the same error. It brought me right to the home page with nothing be saved.

Please help as I was hoping to launch the website this week and the menu is all wrong.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to change PHP Max Input Vars value from 1000 to 5000. After that check the menu.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

I’ve activated Twenty Sixteen theme and tried to add a new menu item and there was the same issue, changes can’t be saved. So the problem persists not only with our theme but with default WordPress theme too.
You have to ask about it at WordPress forums.

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-add-menu-items-39

    Regards,

So you guys won’t be able to help fix this issue? I have no clue what is going on. It started 3 days ago out of no where.

    Hello,

The problem may be related to your server configuration because the same issue persists with default WordPress theme too, not only with ours.
Ask your hosting provider support to check error logs and refer to WordPress forums.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Could I pay you guys to fix it?

I really don’t understand what these forums are asking me to do.

    Please, please, please.

    Hello,

Please take our apologies, but as we told you the issue isn’t related to the theme because it persists with other themes too, so it’s related to server configuration.
Ask your hosting provider support to check error logs what is causing the problem.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
