Hello,
My active products aren’t showing in my shop page.
When the Woocommerce site visibility is “Coming soon”, all is working. When I change it to “Live”, products isnt visible.
Hello, Preslav,
Please, after changing the status from “Coming Soon” to “Live”, clear all possible caches and CDN. Also, make sure that all products have prices, are marked as “In Stock”, and are visible in both the shop and search.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
All is in order, but I think after some time, they are again not visible on the shop page. Also, I think I have any problems with the shop page, because when I change any of the settings, they aren’t visible and nothing changes.
Hi,
Please try to re-select the Shop page in the WooCommerce plugin settings – https://prnt.sc/OclO97vUDa-i

Okay, I change it, but again nothing happened.

Another video of the shop page bug.
Hello, Preslav,
Thank you for your clarification. Since you are using the Elementor builder for the shop page, please open the corresponding element and set the number of columns there, as shown in the attached video.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
Okay, that is okay, but about changing? Why isn’t change?
So when I work with Elementor, the whole website is built on it, and for example, customization isn’t working correctly.
In most cases, yes. However, there are some sections that continue to function as before. These sections are:
– Shop Elements
– Age Verify Popup
– Social Sharing
– GDPR & Cookies
– Theme Custom CSS
– Speed Optimization
Best regards,
8Theme Team
Thanks a lot.
Also, why isn’t the reset button working for price filtering?
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Private Content
Thank you for providing access to the admin panel. However, we also require FTP access. Could you please provide us with these credentials?

FTP ACCESS
Hi,
We appreciate your prompt response.
We can not connect
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Not needed to have, sorry. Now I will check it with FileZilla; maybe the password is invalid. Idk
Having any problem, so I created a new one for you.
Also, again, all products are hidden. Yesterday everything was good, but this morning it isn’t visible.
Hello, Preslav,
Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that all products are currently hidden. Could you please check if any recent changes were made to your website settings or updates applied to your theme or plugins? Sometimes, cache or display settings may cause this issue.
Please try clearing your website and browser cache, and ensure that product visibility is set to “Public.” If the issue persists, kindly provide temporary admin access or screenshots so we can investigate further and assist you promptly.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
I update some of my plugins.
Have you cleared your cache after updating the plugins, and do you have the option to roll back the plugins to a previous version?
Best regards,
8Theme Team
Yeah, delete the whole cache. Also if I change WooCommerce settings visibility it fix.
Could you please clarify which visibility settings you are changing – those on each individual product page or the global WooCommerce settings?
Best regards,
8Theme Team
