My footer this not being divided into 4 columns

Hello, how are you? I noticed that my foot is not splitting into 4 columns but 4 lines. I want to follow the same model as the standard theme. Can you help me solve this issue? Attached the print. Thank U.

It is recorded for ‘Royal’ theme but process is similar.
