    Hi!
    I would like to report some problems with Multiple Headers.
    1. After duplicating the primary header, it’s not copying all the settings (including styles, settings). I tried it approx. 5-6 times, but at the end I must set all the other settings manually.
    2. The Multiple Headers section, after clicking on the Edit button on the second language header, its EXTREMLY slow every time.
    3. Finally, I set up my Slovak language header for the site (primary is Hungarian), saved it and it worked. With one exception. I set my newly created Slovak Mobile menu in the Slovak menu header Mobile Section, but nothing happened in the frontend. Cleared all the page, browser caches, checked it on mobile too, nothing happened.
    4. After that, i tried it set up once again, everything in the Slovak header changed to hungarian, and the Multiple Header not loading up any more 🙁

    Can you help me solve these issues? The site is almost finished, but i stucked here and can’t hand over the work to the owners.

    Thank you so much!

    1. The duplicating not working correctly with all styles and parameters.
    2. Can’t Save and Publish the header.. (tried to wait an hour, nothing happened..)

    Hello,

    Take our apologies for the delay in answering. We need more time to find out what is the reason of the mentioned issue. Could you, please, provide us with the server error log? I see the 502 error in console http://prntscr.com/vuh3j0 and we need to understand what error appears in the server logs.

    Regards

    Hello,

    There is the following error in your changelog that is the reason of the problem
    [substitute:error] [pid 1312] AH01328: Line too long, URI /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, referer https://...../wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus%5Bpanel%5D=header-builder
    It caused by the server limit SubstituteMaxLineLength. We already had the clients with such issue https://www.8theme.com/topic/internal-server-error-2-2/#post-234594 Contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the mentioned limit to 10 or 20MB. It helped the client.

    Regards

    Thank you so much!

    I put in my .htaccess following code:

    <IfModule mod_substitute.c>
    SubstituteMaxLineLength 20M
    </IfModule>

    It solved the problem!
