Hello the Support Team,
I noticed that more than 5000 client accounts were created on my website with fake emails.
There must be something wrong somewhere.
Can you please help me? I tried to erase the counts but there are so many it takes ages… and that does not fix the original problem.
Many thanks,
Carine
Hello, caribou,
Thank you for reaching out to us. It seems like you might be experiencing a bot attack. We recommend implementing Google reCAPTCHA to help protect your site. You can find more information and set it up by visiting this link: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/v3
Additionally, installing the Wordfence Security plugin can further enhance your website’s security. You can download and install it from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/
If you need any more help or have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards,

Hello @Andrew Mitchell
Thank you for your expertise. reCAPTCHA v3 was already set on my website.
I activated the Wordfence Security plugin.
I also deleted the 5000 fake accounts!
I’ll let you know if I experience a new bot attack.
Best regards,
Carine
