Vertical Scroll Bar - by crysfox - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

I’ve noticed that my vertical scroll bar is almost hidden, and on desktop view, it isn’t showing at all. Can you advise on what I can do to fix this?

Hello,

Try to disable “Nice Scroll” option in Theme Options > General and check the scroll after that.

Hi,

I disabled ‘Nice Scroll’ and the scroll bar disappeared altogether. I would like it to show, just at the normal width.

Do you still have problems with it? Please specify what is screen resolution of your desktop browser.

Hi,

My screen resolution is 72ppi. Do you know of a css code that I can use to increase the width of the scroll bar? I noticed that on the Legenda demo site, the e-commerce version has the “normal” scroll bar and the corporate version has the thinner one (which is what I see on my site). However, depending on the screen my client is viewing the site on, they can’t see the thin scroll bar at all. I’ve also tested this on a large screen as well, and the scroll bar doesn’t show.

Hello,

please add following css code to your themes/legenda/custom.css file:
```
.nicescroll-rails{
  width:12px!important;
  }
.nicescroll-rails div {
  width:10px!important;
  }
```
Do not forget to enable ‘Custom css’ file in Theme options > Custom css
