MOBILE SHOP OFF CANVAS FILTER NOT SHOWING ON MOBILE

    Hello,
    Initially the off canvas filter was showing in place of the sidebar, but now the sidebar is at the bottom of the the shop page on mobile and I would like it to be off canvas. Please could someone check what the issue is?

    Also the quantity bar is not showing in the pop up cart even as i’ve added it in the customize options.

    Hello,

    We can’t access Theme Options. Please set the administrator role for the user.
    Update the theme and Core plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

    Thanks for the reply.
    Please update the theme to 8.1.3 version and Core plugin to 4.1.3v.
    Clear cache (including CDN cache) and check sidebar then.
    If this does help, try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
    Let us know the result. Dev team will back to work after the weekend, if the problem would be solved by that time, they will check the situation more deeply and will help you.
