How do i provide you with WP dashboard and FTP Access?
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

You did not provide FTP. The link that you provided is a link to your hosting site. We need FTP host, FTP username and FTP password. Contact your hosting provider to get this information.

We need to update the theme but we need FTP to do this.

It’s changed because you use the third-party plugin in addition but works.
