Mobile menu drop down is not working. can you please help?

    Hallo. After update the mobile menu is not working.

    I had to renew licence.
    My page is sold to at new owner.
    She is now admin og the page.

    How to change my email to hers?

    Please comfirm that i only payed for one month support? And no automatic payment next month?

    Hello,

    1) Do you want to change the email of your account https://www.8theme.com/users/catrine87/ ? What new email do you want to use for this account?

    2) If you buy a monthly subscription you will get an invoice every month. If you want to stop that you need to cancel your subscription in your account area.

    i am the new owner, and thank you for the support.

    However the mobile drop down menu is still not working, can you help with that?

    How do i provide you with WP dashboard and FTP Access?

    Hello @Dittemila,

    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
    If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Hello,

    You did not provide FTP. The link that you provided is a link to your hosting site. We need FTP host, FTP username and FTP password. Contact your hosting provider to get this information.

    You have out of date version of theme and this is the problem I think https://prnt.sc/xJgImXXMyQyW
    We need to update the theme but we need FTP to do this.

    I was able to update theme to latest version via WP Dashboard and mobile menu works https://gyazo.com/d5765d55369451237df2a9890d6af92e
    It’s changed because you use the third-party plugin in addition but works.
