Mobile menu not showing - by spico1 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

The mobile menu is not showing in ID THEME. Shows fine to I reduce the screen and its gone? Have I setup the them in options properly?

Did you made any changes in the theme files?
Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
