Mobile menu link dissapearing css issue?

Hello,

I’m struggling to find the issue with my mobile menu links disappearing, so on a mobile phone when clicking on a menu or visiting a page the menu then disappears and doesnt come back till I’ve cleared my cache.

I have a black background and white links…

SO for instance

Menu:

Home
News
FAQ
Contact

If I click on contact then that link will disappear from the menu when i go back into it etc etc.

1/ We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the menu on your mobile device. Please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Xstore.
2. Select Theme Options.
3. Proceed to General/Layout.
4. Choose Mobile Optimization.
5. Turn it OFF.
6. Click on Publish.

After completing these steps, please clear your mobile browser cache and revisit your site to check if the problem has been resolved.

2/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin, we recommend temporarily disabling it.
