Here the same. Firefox on Android: no clickable menu or content and the page runs not smooth. No problem with Chrome or other browsers on Android.

Here is their response from support:

    Hello,
after additional testing we knew that problem is caused by ‘Nice scroll’ feature. It can be done in Dashboard>Theme Options>General
Please disable it. We will try to fix it in future releases. Please take our apologies for this problem.

    Regards, 8theme Ltd.

    Hi

I believe I’m having the same sort of issue with my website (added in private section) although the issue appears to be with iPhones and iPads.

The mobile menu is displayed on all devices but I am unable to open the menu from either an iPhone 4S, iPhone 6. Also the “My Account” and “search” icons do not work. The menu and icons do work on a Samsung S3 and on a desktop with the screen size shrunken.

I have tried turning off the nice scroll function as mentioned above but this has not had any affect.

Any ideas? Users can not currently navigate my site from Apple devices.

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hello,

you can check it with every android phone and Firefox installed from Play store. I don´t see the point of handing out an admin account for that? (yes I did a fresh install on a test host)
