MOBILE FILTER BUTTON NOT WORKING …….

Hello
My website has no filter button on mobile.
The button appears when change sortby option, but when click filter icon nothing happens.

Download theme-init.php file from this page https://dropmefiles.com/3krx8 , and re-upload the file into xstoreframework folder via FTP.

Hello,

after following the above step, the issue solved on mobile but in desktop view the filter sidebar is now showing in off-canvas, but i want sidebar in left side in desktop and off canvas in mobile.

It looks like the problem is caused by cache. We’ve cleared it and the sidebar is fine.

Sidebar restored in desktop view, but off canvas disappeared from mobile view, now in mobile sidebar showing bottom of products.

Hello,

Please check how it works when cache plugin is disabled on your site. It looks like an option of the plugin causes the issue. Let us know

after disabling cache plugin, problem is not resolved. sidebar showing on bottom in mobile view but need in off canvas

Ok. Details why you see it how you see :
In our code, we are checking if it is mobile when the page starts to load
according to your video you just resized window from desktop to mobile view and that’s the reason why you see sidebar below, but if you refresh page with mobile view or check on real device you will see off-canvas as you want to
