Menu Not Saving - by will.banfield - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

We purchased your theme today and got quite far into setting up our site, however for some reason the navigation menu has stopped saving. We add new items and click save. It says the menu has been updated but in fact all changes have been lost.

Hello,

It can be caused for the reason you’ve increased the menu items limit. That’s why new items can’t be saved. Here are some explanations:

Try to increase memory limit values as described in this article:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21680244/fatal-error-allowed-memory-size-of-268435456-bytes-exhausted-tried-to-allocate
