Hello, I understand that i may need to edit the php file to remove the wordpress menu limit.

I am unsure how to do this please can you advise?

I’ve selected Main Menu in Appearance->Menus->Manage Location->Top Navigation. Please check it.

Thanks Rober, but whenit wont allow us to add any more items to the other menus because of the limit.

I believe there is a change that we need to make in php to remove the menu limit to allow us to all more then 90 items.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to change PHP Max Input Vars value from 1000 to 5000. After that check the menu.
