Hello guys and thanks for the support in advance.

I updated my website a few weeks back and after the update my images on my drop menu were gone.

I have tried what I know but still not there anymore 🙁

Do you have any suggestions on why is doing this?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

We have included a new option to upload an images into menu in the latest version of theme.
    See screenshot: https://gyazo.com/2c7cd67b18acb6b45a52e24198854385

But be sure that you have checked the advanced menu properties in Screen Options –

    Thanks for the replay!

I’ve updated plugins, checked the advance menu properties as well as tried all the fields from the new way to upload images, including labels, attributes, upload menu item page, design and background all together and individual but still my image does not show up…
Is there a way you can share an example with me on how to fill up the options? or what is what I am doing wrong?

Thanks again for the help and have a great rest of the week!

Please try to disable third-party plugins one by one and check it, one of them caused issue.
