    Hi,

    When I make changes to my menu (header) the customizations do not apply after saving.

    Hello,

    What exactly changes? Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
    Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache > Off, Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading > Off.

    My “theme options” is not even loading now.

    Clear cache and check one more time – https://prnt.sc/1vujnu3 , so explain in more detail what exactly changes do not work.
