Mega Menu disappears too quickly before I can even click on it

Hi there,
Can you have a look at the website? I just added mega menu but the space between the the About tab on main menu and mega menu container is too big for users to click on it.

Normal Dropdowns seems to work fine.

I tried about 3-4 solutions I found on similar problems on your support pages, however none of them worked

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Also, on your instructional video, you can also see a gap between a main menu item and mega menu dropdown.

However on video somehow the dropdown doesnt disappear as soon as the user moves away from main menu item.

Theme Options > Header builder > Header main > Computed Box > set 0px padding top and bottom, Main menu > Computed Box > set 25px padding top and bottom.
