can we delete this? what we reset database and everything and start from scrach?

WPBakery plugin was out of date http://prntscr.com/qblnfw We have installed the latest version and don’t see any notice.

I read that based on that page my setting is good, but I get error, what is the template setting? maybe I can use those, it was working until I changed something in From part.

1) Provide us with link to page where you use the Instagram element but it does not display images.
2) Edit slider > Slide Options > Background https://gyazo.com/d7dfbb1c11116084c68f0a2a921221b0

How can I send you screen prints? I go to Xstore Dashboard then to Instagram API, –>

Instagram accounts

Instagram widget and Instagram WPBakery element use the special API that requires authentication to show your photos on any theme by 8theme. Authenticated requests need Instagram Access Token. You can get this by clicking the Add account button below.

After clicking, you will be prompted by Instagram to sign in your Instagram account and then you will be asked to authorize 8themeapp to access your Instagram photos.

–> but this is not happening, I cant set up IG API

Hello,

Once you added your API then go to Appearance > Widgets or edit page and add the Instagram element and choose your account to show images http://prntscr.com/qc2kqm

You can use Gyzo/Gyazo Gif tool to share screenshots links or short videos.
Besides I made video on your site https://gyazo.com/75ff090c1be82b930dfc2c3191292b47 , how could that be that you don’t have that option?
