    Hi,
Here is my website : https://save.crushonapp.com/
It’s using WCMP and theme Xstore.
My customers and sellers can’t reset their password.
The Xstore theme is bloking it.

When I change my theme from Xstore to another one (ex: Twenty Twenty One) it works fine.
Which means I get to a proper page : https://save.crushonapp.com/my-account-3/lost-password/ and receive an email with the reseting link.

Please see the video : https://www.loom.com/share/ae40e8168db54c3885495bd642d74071

Can you tell me how to make it work ?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and for the video.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the server error logs to find out why that error appears.
Let us know their answer and provide us with FTP access also, so we can enable debug mode and take a closer look at the situation.

    Regards

    Hello,

We need FTP access only. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hey there ! I have some news !
When I activated the parent theme it was working. So it seems that the issue is in the child theme ! What can I do and where should I look in order to find what’s causing this ?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
Who did changes to the files of your child theme? You need to contact that person and ask to solve the problem.
Sorry, but we are not responsible for custom changes that you do in the child theme.

    Regards
