Just Updated to Legenda 4.1 – not working

Dear Support,

I have just updated my website theme from 3.9.2 to 4.1.

I read the documentation therefore, I have updated the theme, then installed Legenda Core, Redux and CMB2.
I have updated Woocommerce to 3.7.0.

However, the front end of the website does not work at all while the back end works fine.

In the front end the layout of the website is totally messed up.

Could you please help me to solve the problem?

Do you have the problem when parent theme activated on your site? Please note that we are not responsible for additional customization in files.

Dear Rose,

When the parent theme is activate i can see part of the layout but items are missing (e.g. banners) and others are wrongly displayed (e.g. mega banner).
Everything was working fine before the update, in addition the child theme was not causing any issue.

Please note that we did not do additional customization. We only customized within the frame that was provided by your theme, through the support of your theme.

Please help us to make the website working again.
