    I updated to the new version Legenda, updated all plugins, also transferred out of date woocommerce files, everything is perfectly up to date, but the whole website now has numerous errors

    Home Page – Background images won’t stretch in full across the page
    Footer – Background colour won’t stretch full width
    Footer – Some huge gap has appeared below the footer
    Single Product – No Images
    Single Product – No Tab information
    Blog – No posts showing

    and thats just the start!

    As this is someone’s business can this please be dealt with urgently as I normally have to wait a day or so for the first response

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
    1-2. Go to edit page or your static block > http://prntscr.com/fun454
    3. Try to add this code in Theme Options > Custom css:

    .footer .container {
        padding-bottom: 0;
    }

    4-6. Do you face such problem with default theme too (Storefront)?
    Did you change files in legenda/woocommerce/ folder?

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hi,

    Thanks for not really answering after waiting over 24 hours with no product images, no product details

    1-2 If the image use to stretch, don’t you think that the option to stretch is already selected???

    Please read the post, since updating to the new Legenda, the stretch images don’t stretch anymore, not “I don’t know which box to tick to get it to stretch”

    3. How about looking in to why updating the theme causes a huge gap at the bottom, and if the CSS fixes this new issue then it needs to be part of the theme

    4. Tried all plugins disabling, tried go back to the Legenda theme rather then child, same issue

    The issues all appeared when I updated the Leganda theme, once I noticed all these issues, and trying to resolve the many many outdated theme files warned by Woocommerce I updated these in the theme, but no help, so the issue was there before and still regardless of updating the files

    I gave you logins, can you please deal with this as a matter of urgency please, not 24 hours to provide little to no answers, all I did was update the theme!

    Hello,

    You use the latest woocommerce version, but our theme is compatible with http://prntscr.com/fuqc6t, so you may have outdated files, but you don’t have http://prntscr.com/fuqcsi. (The compatibility with latest woocommerce version will be added in the new theme update.) Seems, you had changed woocommerce files in the theme folder and this created problems on your site.
    Try to rename /legenda/woocommerce folder via FTP and upload new one from the latest theme archive if it fixed your problem delete the old woocommerce folder, if don’t help please provide FTP access in Private Content.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

    Your problems caused by your code https://prnt.sc/fusr0t. Try to remove the code, clear cache and check site then.

    You’re welcome!
    It is a bad practice to add scripts in popup content area.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
