JQuery problems makes site unusable - by HowBizzArt

    Hello there,

    We have been using XSTORE on our website for some months now.
    I’m sure we had the same issue as we do now with the 6.3.4 version, point where you helped us (please see support history).

    We are using the latest XSTORE theme and plugin 7.2.1 version and the latest Elementor plugin.

    issue details: if you go to any shop page and try to load page 2 or 3 .. the photos of the products will not load at all and if I look in the console of the browser I see

    Uncaught TypeError: o.widget is not a function
    at mouse.min.js:11
    at mouse.min.js:11
    at mouse.min.js:11

    Uncaught TypeError: r.widget is not a function
    at slider.min.js:11
    at slider.min.js:11
    at slider.min.js:11

    jquery.min.js:2 Uncaught TypeError: _(…).slider is not a function
    at e (price-slider.min.js:1)
    at HTMLDocument. (price-slider.min.js:1)
    at e (jquery.min.js:2)
    at t (jquery.min.js:2)

    No, it does not work.

    Please use a Incognito browser .. and I’ll do you one better: there is no active cache plugin.

    What I did was set the CloudFlare service into Development mode

    In development mode I see that is does work … but I do not see any issue .. or how to fix this … I can’t identify the logic of the issue ..

    can you please point me in what the issue might be ?

    If it helps anybody, for some reason the Content Delivery Network from Cloudflare was the issue.

    Disabling the “Always Online” feature will fix the issue .. at least it did it for my case.

    Support, you can consider this ticket closed.
