  Hi there
  I’m having an issue with the latest update to 8Theme 9.7.9.
  The updates didn’t appear at all in the WordPress Updates admin panel.
  And when I try to update through the Envato plugin, I get the message: “Updating failed The theme is at the latest version”
  I have version 9.7.8 installed on the site
  How could this problem be solved?

  Hello, George Ntzalas,

  Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

  To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
