Issue with Mega menus – image on the bottom instead of right

Dear Support,

I am experiencing an odd behavior that I cannot explain and solve.

When I am logged in i see the menu as in the image below, which is exactly what I want (my objective):

However, when I am logged off and open the menu with a clear browser I see this:

Could you please help me to solve the issue?

Dear Fabio,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Ajax Menu Dropdown and Menu cache > Off
If this doesn’t help, try to disable cache plugin on your site.
