    Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    I wanted them to see 2 side by side with the responsive. Desktop and tablet 3 columns

    and smartphone 2 columns

    with Elementor test it works

    it doesn’t work on the web

    I have again confirmed from our end on my computer and my personal mobile phone it is working fine there is no issue as I already showed you. Now, I check your issue again on another support team member’s personal mobile phone it is working fine there too without any errors/issues see this video: https://streamable.com/3a8zfr for a better reference to understand.
