Is there anyway to pause support? - by PR

    Hello,

    is there anyway to pause support/stop support while we are away?
    or does the time (days) keep going down no matter what, in terms of the support we can get on this section (theme forest support etc).

    We provide theme support for 6 months from the date of purchase.
