Install of Royal, plugins fail to install

    This is the third time now installing Royal and the plugins fail to install and the site crashes each time

    This seems to be an ongoing issue which would be great to resolve, installing themes on a regular basis with constant failures is getting painful!

    Error I get

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hello,

    Do you move theme from domain to domain or from localhost to production domain? Because this error appears only if you change the registration domain. To fix that you need to deactivate theme, then activate it again using your purchase code and then (it’s important!) go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link to clear the token cache. Try to update theme and plugin after that.
