i’m sorry but that isnt going to work for me
i puchased a product that was complete and said to work.
the design was already sold to a client as a final signed off design, and i have been tryining to resolve this issue for over a week.
i understand the last delay was on my part due to an ftp issue.
the simple fact is that i am using the most common server (siteground) and i did a demo install.
there is no reason that it shoudlnt have worked from the get go.
apologies here are not going to cut it.
i paid for a working template and i need it completed.
please hire or find your developer to fix this issue.
i dont have a luxury of “waiting” for your team to fix an issue i am dealing with now.
