do i need to install a third party plugin for this 8theme widget to work?

i get this

also anyway to turn off those language icons on top left and dollar signs?

Hello,

To disable languages icons go to wp-admin panel > Appearance > Widgets and add an empty Text widget to “Left Side top bar area”.
Provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials to check the issue with Instagram widget and the page link where it should be displayed.

i dont have an ftp setup at the moment as crazy as that is..
i just popped this up quick qith softclicious.
i can go setup an ftp account for you in a second..
but i made you an admin…
take a look.

i also feel like the fonts or something are a little wierd.
ill get to the bottom of this irst and keep at it.

also how do i remove the 8theme footer copyriht <3 text and replace it with the clients company info?

i’m sorry but that isnt going to work for me
i puchased a product that was complete and said to work.

the design was already sold to a client as a final signed off design, and i have been tryining to resolve this issue for over a week.
i understand the last delay was on my part due to an ftp issue.
the simple fact is that i am using the most common server (siteground) and i did a demo install.
there is no reason that it shoudlnt have worked from the get go.

apologies here are not going to cut it.
i paid for a working template and i need it completed.
please hire or find your developer to fix this issue.
i dont have a luxury of “waiting” for your team to fix an issue i am dealing with now.
