Infinite Scroll broke some things and isnt fixed after uninstalling

I installed the infinite scroll plugin, not only is it not infinite scrolling, but it has broken sections of the homepage on mobile and completely changed my mobile panel, menu, and sidebar / filter to something I do not like when on any page other than the homepage.

I uninstalled the plugin which fixed the product loading issue, but the menus that have changed did revert back.
